Why the fuck is this called a feminist declaration? When the fuck did pedophilia become a feminist position? I fucking hate libfems...

HIV transmission non-disclosure and exposure

I'm sorry, they want to make it legal to intentionally mislead someone into sex with someone who is HIV positive?

The HIV thing makes sense if you think about it. They want to make it legal to keep trans status a secret from partners. This is a similar situation, although I would consider the HIV secret much worse, since you are stuck with it for life, but that's probably the point. If it is ok to keep HIV status secret, why not trans next? It's not as big a deal as keeping HIV a secret (still a big deal though) so if they can get this through, trans non-disclosure would likely be a piece of cake

It's not as big a deal as keeping HIV a secret

But it is a big deal. Sure you do not contract a deadly decease that needs medication and management for life, but in case of stealthing as trans you just got raped by deception. I do see that as big deal.

I agree, and that's why I said "still a big deal though" right after the part you quoted. Sorry if I wasn't clear, but that was supposed to refer to trans non-disclosure. Both are definitely a big deal

In my country hiding HIV (or any other dangerous infections) from a partner or on jobs with high traumatism (where often cuts and blood around) can considered as attempt to murder in some situations or murder if person died. If person did not knew they had such disease - it can be seen as manslaughter instead if other person died and they will still pay compensation and partially paying for treatment.

We had this law because during HIV crisis we had drug addicts pricking other people with HIV-positive needless or cutting themselves and throwing blood on others, and later we had few men sleeping with many women and not saying they are HIV positive. So lawmakers made this law, and to HIV added other high risk diseases or deadly diseases. So if you will have smallpox, got diagnosed with it and then you go to a grocery store where a lot of people - you will be jailed after you get cured.

Same with rape by deception, it is crime and prosecuted even more strictly than regular rape (because all rape cases that have violence, manipulation, power position or coercive control included are considered heavier crimes than regular rape).

I mean, I get that criminalising sexual behaviour between adolescents is unreasonable and can lead to young people ending up as lifelong sexual criminals in some places, but the past involvement of paedophile groups in the ILGA should be treated as highly suspect. The “queer left” is rancid with paedophiles in sheep’s clothing.

This is a sickening version of intersectional feminism: feminists, LGBT advocates, and pedophiles.

Can somebody please explain this to me? "14.a. Eliminate all laws and policies that punish or criminalize... HIV transmission non-disclosure and exposure" I feel like I must be misunderstanding it, because it sounds to me like they want to make it perfectly acceptable to sleep with people and not tell them you have HIV. That's not what it means, is it?

You've obviously never been to the Great State of California, where "lgbT" state senator, Scott Wiener:

  • got a law passed that made "misgendering" a crime punishable by $1000 fine and (or?) a year in jail.

The law also allows men to self-identify as women and be housed in female nursing home and longterm disability housing

  • got a law passed allowing men to self-identify as women and be housed in women's prisons

(So much for vulnerable women's privacy, dignity & safety...)

AND got a law pass downgrading KNOWINGLY infecting someone with HIV to a misdemeanor.

It might be a complete coincidence that Scott Wiener allegedly (according to an investigative reporter) receives $$$ from Gilead Sciences, maker of HIV prophylactic TRUVADA (and sponsor of the Transgender March on Washington DC)...

This is a global agenda. California, as usual, leads the way into depravity.

He's gay, so how much would you bet he has HIV? Not that being gay = HIV, but I don't believe a gay man could support these HIV policies unless he himself had it

[–]BEB[S] 19 insightful - 1 fun19 insightful - 0 fun20 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

IIRC Scott Wiener talks openly about using the HIV prophylactic, Truvada.

Given that Wiener (according to the investigative journalist) takes money from Truvada's makers, if true, it seems like a conflict of interest - a politician touting the product of his donor?

Scott Wiener is a sadistic piece of human excrement, and every single woman sexually harassed or raped as a result of the laws he put forward should get a turn with a cattle prod to his balls, should he have any.

Ironically based on PREA (prevention of rape act) 🤦‍♀️

The Women's Liberation Front (WoLF) the US radical feminist group that has been at the forefront of fighting gender ideology legislation is saying that the US Congress should amend the Prison Rape Elimination Act to allow for separate facilities for transgender-identified inmates.

So, Americans, please contact your Congressional representatives and demand that the Prison Rape Elimination Act to allow for separate facilities for transgender-identified inmates.

Nope, you aren't misunderstanding anything. That's exactly what it means.

Well, it seems people who said pedo would use progressives argument to fight for legalization were right.

"...laws which limit the right of children... to consent to sex."

Yeah, uh, it isn't the laws limiting children's ability to consent to sex, it's the fact that they're children and are therefore incapable of consenting, law or not. Age of consent laws exist to protect children because they're incapable of consenting, not to oppress them at all. Sure, the stray 17 year old will be pissed that they can't sleep with a 20-something until next year, but that's a very small price to pay in order to deter any amount of abuse against minors

[–]Elvira95Viva la figa 1 insightful - 6 fun1 insightful - 5 fun2 insightful - 6 fun -  (1 child)

In most countries 16 years old is age of consent already and rightly so. Sure, these people are sick pedos in thining 10 years old can consent to sex, but 16 years old is very different matter. We can't lump all minors into a group, like there were no different between a kid and 16 years old teen-

[–]Three_oneFourWanted for thought crimes in countless ideologies 8 insightful - 1 fun8 insightful - 0 fun9 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

True, there should indeed be some level of reform to allow sexually mature minors to explore sex safely. The solid wall of all 18+ being 100% separate from all 17- is too simple and doesn't work all too well. Ideally we'd fix it, but I think the current system is still immeasurably better than any system that allows adults to rape 10 year olds. denying a 16 year old sex still is less harmful than forcing it upon a 10 year old, so we should be warry about making this rule more lenient lest someone take advantage of the opportunity to push a pedo agenda

I thought pedos were kicked out of ILGA

Behold! The trans agenda!

Please don't burn the gay people when the tide turns. We wanted nothing to do with this shit.
