Being unisex, gender neutral, androgynous to being extreme.

A woman allowing body (particularly facial) hair to grow for months/years is gnc. I'd also say that a man being completely hairless is also gnc but is acceptable... depending on his race/ethnicity (a hairless black man would likely get the most flak whereas an Asian man would likely get the least flak).

I was permanently suspended from Reddit for a chat message... I told my late bloomer friend that she's "gay gay" and was suspended for hateful content. She was also suspended for 3 days for hateful content for saying a city in her state is the "gay Mecca" in our private chat.

I've been told by several women to file an appeal, but I'd get suspended again eventually lol so it's not even worth it. Plus, I'd been using that account for too long (as someone who attracts attention) anyway and gained 70 followers in 5 months while only posting in niche subs. Ridiculous. Someone was reporting the posts on my profile as involuntary porn. Smfh I only post my own damn nudes on Reddit. Well, I was... my future wife doesn't want me showing my body anymore. ☺

Well said. And no. In real life, the heterosexual T is not really a big part of my local communities... the homosexual T is i.e. the gay men and women who identify as trans and date the same sex. Plus, we have a black community and a white community which helps tremendously. Wtf do I have in common with white men who only like men? Not a damn thing. Many years ago, like in 2008-2009, I saw a very feminine trans man on YouTube who stood out among the butches-to-trans men. The mannerisms were girly like an effeminate gay man's mannerism... and sure enough, the trans man's partner was a man, and they were in a "gay" (i.e. hetero) relationship.

A perfect example of what I mean is Trystan Reese... the trans man who had two babies by a man (husband).

This type shifts femininity from one "gender" to the other and think that's groundbreaking lol

Black women (and maybe other women of color) don't really talk about trans shit outside of radfem groups... so if you're interested in something not trans-related, seek out black women discussing it. White-centric groups in general have made this such a big deal because so many white people identify as trans/nonbinary/queer/etc nowadays. It's so trendy.

Katharine Hepburn went by Jimmy as a kid.

At the age of nine, Hepburn had her head shaved, then ran and put on her older brother’s clothes. “I had a phase as a child when I wished I was a boy because I thought boys had all the fun,” she told biographer Charlotte Chandler, in I Know Where I’m Going: Katharine Hepburn: A Personal Biography. “I did wish I could be a boy, so I decided I wanted people to call me Jimmy. I just liked the name Jimmy. I told my family I wanted to be called Jimmy.” An actress in the making, Hepburn’s cross-dressing alter ego was a part she played. “I created Jimmy for the others,” she emphasized to Chandler. “Inside I never felt like Jimmy.”

I developed a male alter ego as a child too. If anyone has seen the French film "Tomboy", it's pretty accurate to our experiences. Just wanting to have unrestricted lives without our moms worrying about us and wanting us to be pretty. And we (Hepburn and Page) liked girls... so being a boy seemed like the only option to get girls. I knew at age 5 that I wanted to be a boy with a girlfriend.

🤔 well, this would be based more on personality than gender (presentation). Like I strongly identify with audacious women who speak their minds and may be considered "tacky"/controversial... such as Rosie O'Donnell, Roseanne Barr, Whoopi Goldberg, Sharon Osborne... basically, older women who give no fucks about what comes out of their mouths. I think that's very gender nonconforming since women are expected to be tactful/diplomatic, like say Barbara Walters and Diane Sawyer.

Edit: there's definitely not a famous person who looks remotely like me... not even a man really. I'm not afraid to show my face. I've already said who I am on the LGBdroptheT sub, and the TRAs have my Reddit profile tagged as a transphobe. 😄

I identified as a guy twice in my life: during my teens and again during my mid-20s. After seeing "Boys Don't Cry" in the late 90s... I was too scared to lie about being a guy... I thought I'd get raped and murdered like "Brandon Teena". My parents did what they were supposed to do... I was in therapy, but nothing the therapist said mattered.

During college, I was quite happy being a lesbian... but then a guy stalked me from work, and I felt like he wouldn't have been into me if I were identifying as a guy.

During my longest relationship, I was abused by my older girlfriend, and my dysphoria got much worse. I was drinking a lot to cope with her controlling me. She was like an abusive boyfriend even though she was very feminine on the outside. I started identifying as a man to feel empowered... and she stopped abusing me. But one thing she did right was make me feel like a woman sexually... she ate me out so damn good that I got in touch with my womanhood. Lmao. I'd been in several relationships before I met her, but no woman was bold enough to dominate me sexually.

So now during my 30s, I've accepted that I'm a gnc gay woman... I am not and will never be a straight man.

My "gender identity" is completely tied to my sexual orientation. I cannot just identify as a man and still date the type of women I date, women who prefer women. I'd have to try to pass as a straight man in the straight dating world which wouldn't work. I honestly wonder how "Billy Tipton" passed for decades. I wouldn't be able to hide my body in a relationship... I loveeee being nude lol I'm sure my nudes are on several websites that creepy men downloaded from Reddit.

The “switch” she’s referring to has to do with r/malefashion’s name. Its reason for being, even. The name implies male exclusivity, but that’s not what the community wants anymore. The page is still called malefashion, but a banner across the top reads “fashion/antifashion/malefashion/femalefashion/androfashion/queerfashion.” The board’s sidebar reads: “The sub has evolved beyond its name and we welcome posters of any gender.”

So what happened? Well, over time, more and more people were attracted to the wealth of avant-garde fashion knowledge on the subreddit. Many of these individuals already felt that they “stood out” for reasons relating to their identities. “The community itself is great,” said Caulfield. “It’s very different from the public perception of Reddit,” which tends toward the right-wing and reactionary. “It’s extremely inclusive.”

No, I believe them... I believe they've coerced women to fuck. But they don't see it as coercion... they see it as (consensual) submission.

They aren't a monolith... the ones who get pussy aren't the socially awkward incels whining about not getting pussy. And there are also some "transbians" who transitioned while married and are still with their wives... they likely have threesomes with women so the trans wife gets more pussy.

I tend to believe them because I know how sexually gullible women are... they'll easily comply to avoid being harmed. Talking about American women only.

Male body odor is repugnant to me. Like even if a dude has bathed and has on nice cologne, his natural scene will make me gag if he's too close to me. I let a male cousin live with me, when I had my own place, and his body odor lingered throughout the house. Told him to buy candles to mask the odor and also open the windows. He was a clean person. He just stunk like a skunk to me because he's a male.

“The term “Cotton Ceiling” was originally coined by the intensely awesome Canadian trans-activist and porn star Drew DeVeaux, in which she referred (quite specifically) to the tendency within feminist and queer women’s spaces for trans women to be, while nominally accepted as women and supported in their pursuit for rights and equality, regarded and treated as essentially de-sexed, unfuckable, and sometimes a bit repulsive, with this becoming highly politicized in regards to its implications for things like what a lesbian sexuality really means, how much of sexuality is “orientation” and something we can’t be held accountable for and how much is mediated by our perceptions, how sexuality can reveal that biases and lack of respecting gender identity continue to exist on visceral levels despite being intellectually (or superficially) rejected, etc.

The “cotton” refers to underwear. The idea being here that no matter how much basic, nominal acceptance a trans woman can receive in feminist or queer or women’s spaces, we’re still always ultimately rejected when it comes to breaking the sexual barrier, and being accepted as women to such a full extent that we are accepted sexually as women.”

The first time I was called a transphobe was the first week I was on Reddit two years ago. Checked the profile... the TRA was a young white "cis" lesbian who explained to me that some women have dicks and lesbians date them. We weren't even in a lgbt-related subreddit... we were in the relationships sub. My ex supports trans folks, sees men as women and women as men if they identify that way, and we argued about that shit to the point that she'd cry (pro-trans ppl are big crybabies). I talked about that during my first week on Reddit, and the young white "cis" lesbian Redditor told me why I was wrong and my ex was right. I enjoyed the debate so much I got turned on and masturbated. 😄

FYI: young, to me, is under 30.

It's unnecessary and distracting.

When singer Ginuwine was on Celebrity Big Brother, he was criticized for saying he wouldn't date a trans woman, but the shit quickly blew over because 99% of straight people feel the same way. But we LGB folks aren't at 99%... many TRAs are LGB folks who do date trans folks and criticize us for excluding trans folks. Straight people don't have to go through this type of infighting.

My straight friends used to treat me like I'm just one of the girls, which I hated because they're all feminine and I'm gnc/butch... I didn't want to have boring "girls chats" and "girls nights" with them. I just wanted to be their lesbian party friend (go out, get drunk, attract bi/gay women who liked that I had a bunch of female friends lol).

When I had a job, men respected me like I was just one of the guys (except the one dude who followed me into a restroom, I got him fired)... but women groped me and asked inappropriate questions about my sex life. They seemed very "bicurious" when I was around. I refused to report women for harassing me... so I quit my job. Pussy Pass NOT Denied. 🤭

In general, I think people treat me well because I'm masculine... they don't expect me to do feminine shit that other women do. 😏

Someone asked what the meaning of lesbian is, and I answered...

(Me) Imo, a lesbian is a woman/girl who is only attracted to women/girls... and has never been attracted to men/boys. Exclusive attraction. If she's been attracted to one guy, she's bi bi bi.

(OP) But there's non-binary lesbians too.

(Me) Maybe one day I'll meet one. In the 24 years I've been out and dating, I've never heard any woman say she was nonbinary.

People shouldn't be going to communities where people say shit that offends them. Looking for "hate speech" to whine about and report is not how anyone should use a(n) website/app... only the people who belong in a community should report "hate speech". Outsiders shouldn't report shit since they shouldn't even be lurking where they don't belong.

[–]censorshipment 8 insightful - 7 fun8 insightful - 6 fun9 insightful - 7 fun -  (0 children)

This is pure homophobia. Female homosexuals and male homosexuals aren't heterosexual people trapped in the wrong bodies, although many of us have felt or feel that way because of heteronormativity. Being a sexual minority can be isolating in real life, and wanting to change your body to fit in can seem like the only solution to date the sex you're attracted to. But that's absurdly homophobic.

Edit to add: in the late 90s during my teens, I tried to pass as a straight dude online. Women clocked me because I was too respectful. I was literally told "a real man would've told me to suck his dick by now" in an AOL private chat. That's when I started emulating straight men by being uncensored/unfiltered/vulgar/explicit. And hypermasculine/misogynistic since I'm black, and black women expect black men to be disrespectful towards them.

Lesbians and straight men are different... straight women can only be catfished by lesbians if the straight women are expecting men they're chatting with to talk like a woman.

I'm on mobile (the app), and this is a lot to answer, so I'll selectively answer so I won't have to scroll down and up too much (my mobile keyboard covers half of my screen).

I'm GC now because I found out that the general/white LGBT+ community is polluted with white heterosexual males identifying as trans lesbians. The black LGBT+ is not polluted with black heterosexual males... the majority of black trans women are gay males, and the majority of black trans men are gay females hence why I believe they belong in the LGB community even if they identify as straight trans people.

I used to be "QT" (a TRA) when I identified as a guy... I wanted to fit into the heteronormative world. I wanted straight man privileges (as a lesbian identifying as a man). But I came to my senses thanks to my bisexual girlfriend at the time. She essentially told me that women are better than men... she strongly preferred to be with a woman than a man. She was a febfem: female-exclusive bisexual female.

Also, my mom and her eldest living sister are bisexual... they also prefer women over men, although they're married to men for the financial benefits. They've both had extramarital affairs with women. They were second-wave feminists in the 70s and have been sexually liberated since then. So that also made me realize that identifying as a man wasn't right for me... Black bi women don't respect black men. 😂 yeah, that's a generalization. Oh well.

False. I've personally received sitewide suspensions for both "antiwhite racism" and "misandry" under the hate content policy. 🤭

I believe both of the femcel subs were banned because of "misandry"... the MRAs got their HBIC suspended a few times and then the subs were banned for being a "hate group". Femcels ain't never hurt anyone. 🥺

So OP is likely a concern troll and is banned but we're going to keep this post up because it makes us very happy.

Couple of common misconceptions for the fragile white redditors to ignore while they whine about this screenshot:

  • White men are protected by reddit's content policy; they just aren't eligible to receive extra protection under the hate speech policy.

  • Reddit's content policy against advocating violence applies to white men. Saying "we should kill all white men" breaks reddit's policy about advocating violence. It does not break the hate speech policy, but it is still a site-wide suspension offense.

  • Reddit's content policy against abuse and harassment applies to white men. Following a white man around the website to send him abusive messages like calling him stupid, useless, etc. or sharing his private information without his permission breaks reddit's policy against abuse and harassment. It does not break the hate speech policy, but it is still a site-wide suspension offense.

Hmm straight women (who aren't overtly homophobic) have been fetishizing gay effeminate men for decades. I noticed it throughout the 80s and 90s... women talking about how big gay men's dicks were. This is why I'm so comfortable looking at gay men. Lol I was brought up in a very gay-friendly environment.

I learned about this in an endocrinology book I was reading to figure out what was wrong with my body... I believe I have Cushing's syndrome.

Anyway, there's a section about precocious puberty with an image of a pregnant 5 year old girl (Lina Medina). She could've been given puberty blockers (to prevent the pregnancy), but she's from a poor town in Peru.

Six weeks after the diagnosis Medina gave birth to a boy by caesarean section. She was 5 years, 7 months, and 21 days old, the youngest person in history to give birth. The caesarean birth was necessitated by her small pelvis. The surgery was performed by Lozada and Dr Busalleu, with Dr Colareta providing anaesthesia. The doctors found she had fully mature sexual organs from precocious puberty.

Since most women trust men to live in their households with little girls... the best way to prevent pedo pregnancies is to give girls puberty blockers (or birth control ...my mom and aunts took birth control because their brothers were molesting them. Grandma didn't want incest babies in the family. Black moms were eagerly given birth control by white people to reduce the black birth rate).

Four years ago, Miranda’s 14-year-old son Seth came out to her as gay, via text message. It didn’t come as a surprise to either parent: they’d really been waiting for Seth to work it out himself. I ask Miranda when she first had a sense her son might be gay, and she answers that it was when he was about three. He got on better with girls; his playtime was more sedentary, more constructive, and less combative. Seth was always uncomfortable with the pushing and shoving that went on among the other boys. He just wanted to play house. As he aged, his friendship groups remained overwhelmingly female; and he had no interest in sports whatsoever. Everyone is different, of course. But many gay men reading this will hear bells ringing when they see such descriptions.

I assume this is a white family, and it's not "normal" (common) for effeminate/gnc boys to prefer female friends in the white community??

When I was a teen in the 90s, I had 3 friends who were flaming gay guys... very flamboyantly gnc. None of us were bullied at school for being gay as fuck. My friends were quite similar to Miss Lawrence (from Bravo's RHOA and Fox's Star series).

I don't visit them, but https://www.datalounge.com/threads is a site for gay men, and https://www.shybi.com/forums/ is a site for bi women.

The L Chat is a lesbian forum which is infamous for being tərfy (but especially "biphobic").

https://thelchat.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=2526&start=9170 ...that's the Transsexuals thread.

It's amazing to see the alienation in real time by Hollywood in LGBDropTheT

Eh, I see where they're coming from... although I think most of them identify as "non-cis" to opt out of being in the majority (the same as them identifying as "non-straight"). These are the type of people who felt personally offended by generalizations, changed their identities to become minorities, and now "punch up" at people they perceive as more privileged ("cis" women of all types and "cis" gay/bi men).

Justine Bateman has never gone under the knife and never will.

The “Family Ties” actress, 55, is so perplexed by society’s acceptance of plastic surgery that she has penned a new book, “Face: One Square Foot of Skin,” in which she explores the idea of getting some work done.

“Why is the idea that women’s older faces are undesirable, what is the root of all that,” she said to Page Six. “How did we get here and more importantly – and the thing that really bothers me – is how did we get to this point in our current society where cutting your face up, or injecting it, or inserting plastic or whatever is spoken about so matter-of-factly.”

Bateman says that she is surprised at how normalized getting plastic surgery has become.

“We went from, ‘Wow someone getting a face lift is quite unusual!,’ to, ‘It’s not a matter of if, it’s a matter of when.’ To me it’s really, it’s like, psychopathic. It’s lunacy, and I don’t like that we’re going along with it without pausing to think about it,” she said.
