This doesn't sound like a troll post at all, nothing about this is unrealistic. Dating for a month can mean they've only actually seen each other in person 4 or 5 times (pandemic, anyone? Once a week is not unheard of for new, young relationships anyway.) "No thanks, I'm not ready for that but let me just give you head" is not impossible for a ONE MONTH old relationship. They seem young, like teenagers. I'm not sure why OP got his account suspended when this sounds like something he was really going through.

LOL only if she's also a parakeet-otherkin or something! But I'm guessing that this is really just a matter of ANY vocal noise that's spontaneous. So she can't fake a lower, dude-like voice, and just sounds the way she that actually does: higher-pitched, i.e., female.

My bedroom is next to the main bathroom. Thankfully it happens rarely, but people have thrown up in the bathroom, sometimes when I’m in my room, so I hear it. A man vomiting is louder than a woman vomiting.

Also how can you date someone for a month, received head and not have seen their bare chest at any point? How come nobody is mentioning that?

If the person giving head did not take off their clothes. A young person (receiving) might not notice it as a red flag if they are sexually inexperienced.
