Removed by the moderators of "actuallesbians":

its not fair for you to say that lesbians can’t say they don’t like or want to have a relationship with someone who has a penis “ for whatever reason “. not liking penises is entirely valid especially in lesbian spaces

ive thought long and hard about my argument. i’m not saying that trans woman aren’t woman but it’s hard to deny that most lesbians are aren’t attracted to penises. to say that we can’t express that we don’t like penises freely is taking out a sizeable chunk of the community.

Why is it not valid for lesbians to not like dick? In what world do you exist in that it's ok to tell someone what they're attracted to isn't valid?

I love the trans community with all my heart, but don't ever tell me what I can and cannot say on here. I do my best to try not to invalidate anyone on here and to be kind, but I am sick and tired of people policing each other down to the smallest of details just at the off chance of offending someone. If you are offended by my words, then you can approach me directly in a private message, any time and I will listen. But for now, I will post what I want, and 'hate' as well as 'like', what I want.

How dare you? Lesbians have the right to talk about not liking dick. So many people hate us for not liking dick and this is the only place we feel comfortable talking about it. I noticed someone deleted a GREAT comment I was about to reply to and support. I’m also not trying to say I don’t like dick, cause I’m open to everyone. Also, don’t trash talk men just because you don’t happen to like them. They’re people too. Please stop.

Absolutely. I don't seek out people with penises to tell them that I don't like their genitalia, but I also feel entitled to speak generally about my personal love of vulvas and dislike of penises in a lesbian space. I'm sorry that OP is uncomfortable, but no one's sexuality should be changed or disguised to validate anyone else. Everyday we ask women to change themselves and alter their boundaries to make other people more comfortable, but I refuse to do so in a space that's supposed to be free of that kind of nonsense.

^ bolded emphasis mine on that last comment. I'm sorry, my fellow vulva lover, "actuallesbians" is not a lesbian space. It's as much a space for lesbians as r/trees on Reddit is a space for trees (it's not, it's a subreddit for weed).

God, it is really telling that that comment of all things was removed. You literally cannot be more pandering and respectful than that whilst still having boundaries, and yet it is STILL not good enough for the people infesting that subreddit.

Narcissists don't like other peoples' boundaries.

Ulterior proof that they won’t be placated once lesbians are ‘kind’ expressing our dislike of dicks, they will only be okay once we stop saying to each other we only like women

Well, she said that lesbians especially should be allowed to share a distaste of penises, which implies that lesbians aren't supposed to like penis, which implies that women don't have penises. Therefore, she has been found guilty of wrongthink by the council of AL penis worshipers and shall be deleted

It's as much a space for lesbians as r/trees on Reddit is a space for trees (it's not, it's a subreddit for weed).

You can imagine my surprise when I went there wanting to ask a question about a tree outside my house.
