I hate those type of weak women.

Hey, let's be fair here-- women are heavily pressured to submit to men in societies all over the world, and we're heavily punished if we don't. I'm disappointed in this person's actions, too, but I don't know if it's fair to call her "weak".

She is, however, contributing to homophobia by suggesting that people can "opt in" to being lesbian:

and if I want to only date women and effectively be lesbian I can. I won’t end up with a guy if I choose not to, even if I crush on one

It still annoys me. Maybe because I'm a strong woman. My mother is a very weak woman and I can't stand it, because if I'm able to be strong, then other women can be too.

I guess my inclination is to wonder whether there might be something holding those other women back. Perhaps my perspective is biased because of my upbringing, though-- I was grew up heavily brainwashed into believing "proper" feminine behavior was literally my only option, e.g. not speaking up, being a peacemaking/harmonious individual with no problems of her own, etc. It took years before I even realized that there were other ways to live my life. I am glad you're well aware it doesn't have to be that way, though. :)

We need stop excusing these women contribution to misogyny and homophobia and hold them accountable.

I agree in many societies women are oppressed but the ones screaming TERF and saying a lot of the lesbophobic things are mainly westerners. They have no backbone and would rather support straight man in a dress fetishising lesbians over other women.

If they are scared then they should remain neutral but to make an active stand against your fellow women/lesbians is weak in my opinion.

I agree, that's a weak action. I'd still be concerned about perpetuating the "women are weak" stereotype, and I think it also trivializes the issue to just brush this person off as "weak" when they could also be: manipulative, uncaring, trying to use a label for brownie points, etc.
