Most people would argue that there's a pretty big difference between having breast implants and having a neopenis/vagina

They make it all about themselves. So long as they get to feel valid it doesn't matter what their potential partner thinks or is comfortable with

Having breast implants wouldn't be a fundamental exclusion to someone's sexuality the way being male or female is. Someone with implants might be excluded based on the other person's preference, but we all know they don't understand the difference between a preference and a hard wired orientation.

Also, you have to take consent into account. If the other person says "I'm not comfortable sleeping with a woman with implants" and she lies to this person about her implants to sleep with them then yes, it becomes rape by deception. The other person did not consent to sex with a woman who has implants and was decieved into sex with her. It might sound dramatic but we need to stop avoiding using this word just because it might sound a bit heavy in certain contexts. Just because it's common for people to lie to get laid doesn't make the behavior itself any less rapey.

This is why steallthing and reproductive coercion are forms of rape. The other person did not consent to sex without a condom or birth control. Similarly to how some trans people lie about their sex to get laid, they know implicitly the other person's sexual orientation would otherwise exclude them. It's rape, no matter how much they try to reason and placate themselves into thinking it isn't.

Thanks for posting this, I wanted to make a similar point but I did not get nearly enough sleep to word it so well.

They know biological sex is a dealbreaker and that people would not consent to sexual activity with them if they knew their biological sex and that is the reason they won’t disclose and they know it.

Fear of violence is also not an excuse. If you fear violence due to a sexual partner finding out your biological sex, then you know they would not have consensual sex with you if they knew your biological sex. There is simply no excuse. Also the idea that these lying men fear violence from women in particular is laughable but also you would think they would have empathy in the other direction if they weren’t such obvious narcissists. They have no empathy for bisexual and lesbian women who fear showing up to a date with a “woman” who used deceiving and edited photos, only to find themselves sitting across from a man with all the strength and socialization of one who you now know is a liar to boot. And now you can’t even go into the bathroom to figure out an escape plan because he can just follow you in. Ironically, in such a situation, I'd feel more comfortable fleeing to the men's room where this creepy LARPer is unlikely to look and where I'm more likely to find an average guy who would be willing to provide cover or an excuse to get me out of there.

And I’m not sure why they think it’s a persuasive argument to say “men lie about a lot of things to get sexual access to women so why can’t we lie about this?” If you know something is material to consent, you disclose it.

If your concern is that no one will consent to sex with you because of your personal choices, well then maybe you should have thought about that before you made those choices? No one is entitled to sex. And no one is entitled to non-consensual sex, AKA rape.

so because men have treated het/bi women like dirt to get sex it's ok to repeat that behaviour? In that one sentence alone they're admitting they're lying to get sexual access to people. - Let's just take that in. Never looked into a neovagina, but for a neopenis you would know, masectomy scars + a weird looking sausage - meatballs. Are they betting on someone being too intimidated to say no even after noticing that?

I'm confused. Isn't that exactly what we're talking about?

yep! I'm just amazed they model themselves after problematic men, the very same they claim to hate the most. and want to repeat problematic behaviour.

Uggh. I hadn't even thought about that scenario before.

“men lie about a lot of things to get sexual access to women so why can’t we [men in womanface] lie about this?”

You don't say...

The difference is that you'll probably need to see a woman naked before you can tell if she has implants. You might even have to touch them to be sure. You can identify a trans person as such from halfway across a darkened football field.

At least that makes it easy to avoid them.

On the transmedicalist sub a lot of those guys say it's okay not to disclose if it's "only for sex" and not a relationship. They say "nobody else has to disclose their medical history, so why should I?" as if being a man is the same as having had a yeast infection 5 years ago.

"Teehee, altering one of your natural secondary sex characteristics in a way that is widely accepted to make you more attractive is the exact same thing as getting your primary sex organs removed and having them turned into the opposite sex's genitals uwu." WTF

getting your primary sex organs removed and having them turned into the opposite sex's genitals

Non-functioning, flawed imitations of opposite sex's genitals.

FTFY.

What makes me chuckle in the face of this insanity is that the odds of someone NOT instantly realizing the faux-gina or pumped-up scar tissue dick are not real is hilarious.

It would actually be super difficult for them to succeed in a "rape by deception" once their pants come off. This hypothetical situation is kind of delusional.

It's funny how TRAs claim that trans people are being butchered in the streets, while also encouraging them to unnecessarily endanger themselves by hiding their biological sex. It wouldn't be the first time that a trans women gets killed because of this.. Do they really believe it's worth it?
