Totally. It was also one of the hard parts of accepting myself as a lesbian. I never forget one day that I went to a family member's house to see the new born and I almost cried looking at him, knowing that I couldn't have biological children. This was almost 10 years ago. It was really hard to fully accept myself as a lesbian for several reasons and this was definitely one of them. Knowing that I'll never be able to have a family in the "traditional" way in several ways.

For me it was much easier, as I was growing up, knowing that my body is not able to sustain a kid, and I will most likely die while giving a birth, so I was not even really thinking about children at all. However, I still had pressure from parents and grandparents. Gladly I have younger sister and she is pregnant now. My saviour :)

Strange that you relatives would even expect that, given your heart problems.

That was making it easier for me too, but they still were hoping that medicine is good enough nowadays. In general it is just "normal" here to wait a kid from any woman, and child-free are often looked at as lunatics :D

Pregnancy is huge stress on the body and surely not recommended on someone with weak heart. Luckily you're a lesbian. Luckily for many reasons...

Gaming and sex wouldn't be so easy to do with children around LMAO

Yes, it's understandable. What matters is that you're happy :P

Can't relate at all. I never wanted kids. But if a lesbian wants one, she can easily have, unlike gay men. It wouldn't belong to both parents biologically, but real parents are the ones who raise, not the ones who give the genes. For some lesbianism is a blessing, for others something difficult to accept.

Yes, I know this doesn't happen to all gays and lesbians. But it's true that the child won't belong to both biologically. There are some good alternatives though, but it was the feeling that if I wanted I would never be able to have biological kids with my gf. Now I barely think about it 😂

won't belong to both biologically

As far as I know there were researches and experiments with mice and monkeys, when two ovums of two different females were combined together, and such actions were making one of them gave birth for healthy offsprings (kids were always only female).

And later experiments were halted, because it is forbidden to do human experiments and genetic experiments on human in majority of countries (and yet those countries are all making experiments with puberty blockers and surgery on small kids by gender ideologists demands).

So maybe some time in the future, lesbians would be able to have kids~

Yeah, it can really be hard if you're into the classical biological family. As I said, for some women lesbianism is a bless of a nature, for others a curse LMAO
