Not sure why such question is here at all.

It would be horrible solution for women, as gender neutral bathrooms for some reason are replacing women bathrooms. And adding "third bathrooms" for trans people can solve problems, however, trans activists are strongly against it.

It's called the handicap or family bathroom.

If it was Mens, Womens, and a third option for trans people I would be ok with it. Unfortunately, they would never use it because it wouldn't "validate" them so they would still being going to women's bathrooms.

I recall a study which showed that most bathroom sexual assaults against women took place in gender neutral bathrooms.So...

i was visiting a hospital sporadically over a few months, they were redoing their bathrooms in the lobby. This hospital has male and female signs for staff locker rooms so not very gender neutral. When they finished the bathrooms I noticed they tried to accommodate, everyone, they had men and women's room, a family bathroom, and a gender neutral bathroom, in that one area. I think if bathrooms can't be single stall then a third bathroom would be best. I don't think men's rooms need to change as most men don't care about transmen in there.

There is no reason all places can't just have multiple single-occupant washrooms that lock for privacy, many restaurants already have done away with gendered sections. As long as they also have a room that locks for breastfeeding moms and parents to change their kids diapers let all bathrooms be single-occupant and gender neutral. I don't like seeing strangers walk by through the bathroom stall crack when i'm taking a piss or have to be around their screaming children anyways.
