People have already been saying for a long time that bisexuals are "exclusionary" (even before gay/lesbians were, lol) and it's only getting worse. For some reason everyone assumes we're all just fast and loose with everyone, with no standards, and if we don't fuck them it's some sort of personal attack.

Do you think the reason might be that bisexuality isn't even considered a sexual orientation, and, therefore, gets interpreted as either "hearts not parts" or "anything that moves"? So rather than being "attracted to both sexes", we're "attracted to EVERYONE" (not at ALL the same thing!)? Meaning sexually-indiscriminate on the one hand, or like some hippy-dippy Jesus (all-loving, or at least all-boinking) on the other? Thus having no "excuse" for turning anyone down... especially when it's "understood" that we're DTF every other member of the human race, by definition.

To me, this looks like the result of monosexism: if sexual orientation is assumed to be monosexual, then our sexuality obviously doesn't qualify. So it's not oriented towards biological sex (both of them, in our case); instead, it has no specific direction, or, therefore, limitation... which is how we end up here. With us bisexuals supposedly having pre-approved the entire world's junk.

Thoughts on this imbecilic and infuriating state of affairs?
