If you bothered looking at these questions, which you didn't, you would see it has absolutely nothing to do with whether or not male or female is real. The questions are under the assumption male and female are real, just that maybe everyone is both male and female since everyone has the cells that can become sperm or egg, at any time, with the help of technology.

When you're done reading, instead of assuming the content of the post, then let me know so we can talk.

Those are yoour words:

If every cell in the body can become a sperm or egg in laboratory, does that mean everyone is already both male and female?

Yes, which recognizes male and female are real, just that if every cell in the body can become sperm or egg, at any time, and all that is needed is technology, as explained, then maybe everyone is both male and female, not 'just male' or 'just female'.

And I'm asking if you disagree with that, which I'm sure you do, I would like you to explain why you disagree, and argue against the points in my post.

Yes, I disagree with that claim. If you want to know why, then pick some biology and medicine textbooks because I won't explain things to you anymore. Honestly, I suspect you know why this claim of everyone being both male and female is bullshit, anyway.
