It will take months for people to gather and bother answering my questions. Why would I do that when these subs with more than 500 members are already around. The only issues they have are the mods

Because you’re not entitled to come into a space and demand attention. You have to put in your time.

I do put time. I don't see how you can expect any more time than I put in making posts, and engaging with the comments.

You were banned from one sub for repeated spam. You come to another sub and expect people to respond to the same spam you were banned for. You’re not entitled to come into this space because you were banned from a different space. The rules don’t get bent because you were banned. You can either start your own sub, or accept and stop your unwanted posting behavior.
