The reality is that this story is almost certainly fake. This guy turns from "I was going to ask you out" to attempted murder in a split second ? "He then proceeded to try to murder me with a knife." Just the way it is written makes me think that this, like many a trans tale of woe, did not in fact, happen. I'm not saying that men don't get violent, but this anecdote just happens to slide so perfectly into the narrative that T's are being attacked constantly by everyone. This person is just using that completely made up story to justify being a trans ninja who "stealths" until its time for the pants to come off and he claims that his penis is female. A look thru the comments and it is all "this is why we don't advertise being trans", which is total bullshit. They don't advertise it b/c they know that their dating pool dries up almost instantly.

reddit tends towards the absurd anyway with the virtue signaling. One of the comments is particularly cringeworthy :

"cishet male here... I don't understand the "you must describe your genitals to me before we could possibly date" attitude. Like, if I met someone and was interested in them, absolutely let's go out and see if we connect. And if things proceed to get physical (after at least some level of genuine emotional connection), I would hope openness and honesty was such that she would tell me if she were trans. And my honest response would be "I've never been with a trans woman before, but I'm into this and don't want your past to stop us". And then we'd see if our compatibility continued into the bedroom."

I'm sure that guy isn't karma farming at all. He claims to be a straight guy, but will be down for some dick, maybe give it or take it in the tailpipe b/c he has an emotional connection after a few dates ? Suuuure. And I'm going to wake up from my nightmare of not being a billionaire. Any day now, any day.
