Typical that the only people Michael Tracey chose to interview and quote about what gender ideology is and what's wrong with it are TIMs: Corrina Cohn and Erin Smith. He also quotes TIM Julia Serrano favorably, as if Serrano were a critic of gender ideology rather than a popular purveyor of it. Bet it never occurred to him to speak to any feminists or other women who are experts on trans ideology. Gee, wonder why?

What's more, he uses a TIF - Strangio - as his example of gender ideology extremism. Not that Strangio isn't a good example of how batshit insane the beliefs of this cult and doesn't deserve attention. It's just that there are many male TRAs espousing this ideology too, and males are the ones who first came up with the core tenet of the crazy creed: "TWAW."

Trans is an ideology and movement of MRA libertines that is driven by misogyny, male supremacy and male sexual depravity. But whilst Michael Tracey does correctly perceive the authoritarianism, narcissism and irrationality of TRAs and their ideology, he doesn't see the misogyny, male supremacy and male libertinism at its heart coz that would come to close to home. As a male, he makes the conscious choice not to interview, consult or read the works of any actual women who've long understood and been critical of genderist ideology. The only women he has eyes and ears for are "Trans women."

Which is another weird thing about this piece: throughout it, Tracey writes trans as Trans. Seems to me, that underneath his skepticism about some of the more extreme elements he's a believer in trans ideology at heart.
