Even 5 years ago, this would have been an example of "clueless elders trying to get with the current lingo and getting pranked". Now, it's just wednesday.

Here's my contribution:

Sui Genderis: A gender that is automatically unique and distinct from every other gender in the area, including other suis.

That reminds me - many years ago some TV journalist or pundit/talking head (I think it was Greta von Susteren) used the term "sui generis" on air to describe a politician or public figure she vehemently disagreed with and opposed. All the rest of the press reported that she had called the guy "sweet, generous."

<Thanks to the internet, we have more access to information, education, and visual representations of diverse genders>

I'm supposed to read "thanks to the internet" with maximum sarcasm in my tone, right?

Hard to pick a fave out of all the LOLs on Healthline's list, but maybe this one:

Aporagender

Both an umbrella term and nonbinary gender identity that describes the experience of having a specific gender that’s different from male, female, or any combination of the two.

Nah, for me "demi-girl" wins the medal of the most stupid thing I've ever heard in my life.

Feminine-presenting

AKA transvestite. Peak stupidity.

This is so pretentious, 90% of those terms mean the same thing.

Also I sent them this: You forgot Narcissism, people who think they’re so self important that unlike the rest of the population, have a special label for their appearance that becomes the thing they introduce themselves as.

I've been boycotting Healthline since they started using terms like AFAB. Why would I trust a health website that is antiscience? If they deny reality regarding human sex, who knows what else is false information too.
