I would put "Private," or "personal," and maybe talk to HR about how you feel like they're forcing you to out yourself and your gender identity and that feels deeply invasive - your beliefs about your gender identity are very personal and private and this feels like discrimination by forcing people with private gender identities to out their selves / lie.
