I too used to write myopic stories that I thought were profound as a teenager. The difference was that there was no Youtube back then to embarrass myself to the world on.

Yep and if I ever run across some old papers with my angsty stuff on them, I just have to use them for kindling and they're gone. This stuff is forever.
