      I use it for funny comments too, but I guess that if you don't like someone's comment, you could see it as being silly.

      It serves two purposes.

      Established businesses, especially mega corporations, love regulations because they prevent competition from springing up.

      Regulation cost has a large per-business overhead with smaller scaling costs. Thus a small business has fewer sales to spread the cost over.

      Wtf? There is a law in France requiring businesses to keep logs of the names of people who use WiFi? No one ever asked my name when I used WiFi in France.

      It would automatically log your MAC address, and whatever other information about your computer or phone.

      No one in Belgium is keeping track of who uses wifi. Infact most places dont have wifi HAH
