The 13th amendment outlawed involuntary servitude, but voluntary servitude is legal, by omission.

The 14th amendment is birthright citizenship for former slaves. Political status assigned at birth, just like in the feudal system

The former slaves became feudal voluntary serfs.

The voluntary condition is in the, "and subject to the jurisdiction thereof" statement on the 14th amendment 1st clause.

Volunteer out of the "subject to the jurisdiction", part and you reclaim your free status, and your God given rights.

You become the legal equivalent of the former "state citizen".
They renamed it US national status.

Hidden in plain sight.

The shackle is voluntary servitude

De-corporatize then

The information that you shared was posted here (archived) 6 months ago by /u/Tom_Bombadil, but it didn't get a lot of traction.

IMO it is one piece of the puzzle.

We need other pieces too especially the economic and communication ones for which I espouse co-ops4all & currenseas, and community walls.

Then there are also the technological pieces which, if I am not mistaken, probably already provided by the Free Software Movement
/u/JoGood or /u/JasonCarswell may have a handle on that

But undergirding everything is a Mind Shift:
From the usurping, hierarchical/Pyramidian Paradigm to Direct Change
and
from "idle chatter" that would only sustain elite Dom, to Accretive Dialogue for usurper-free Dom
as I tried to encapsulate in this post

Yup.
