Are those Sigma Male and Manly advice Twitter accounts worth it? If not, why not?

I'm talking about those twitter accounts that teach you how to be a better man or get a girlfriend in 2.5 milliseconds. Also, the ones that want you to buy their books and classes.

Sounds like you already gobbled up all the left wing propaganda about them. Any intelligent person can tell you that painting an entire sector of content with one brush is stupid, but looks like that is already your position.

I would be interested if anyone has any specific criticism about particular claims, but it seems that the left has abandoned attempting that because people quickly dismantle their illogical arguments.
