Someone is feeding Chipit articles, and books ​to post, etc.

Chipit struggles to defend any position when he's confronted.

His submission titles are crafted to suggest ideas to the viewing audience. Written like Op-ed pieces.
They're not particularly sophisticated, but he's not targeting a sophisticated audience.
But they're clearly targeted messages.

Propaganda isn't always lies.
Mostly slanted truths, etc.
Propaganda has to have truthiness.
