Agreed. I can commend him on many things. I can also criticize him for choosing to take on all the burdens himself thus not developing socially management systems, delegating responsibilities, lightening his load, better maintaining control, and being a better leader.

Secondly, I don't want you to be so rigid on this that he gets frustrated enough to ban you. I mean, you're kind of adding to the pressures he's already having with the ongoing spam and trolling.

I agree. Yet he keeps at me while avoiding the issues that need real solutions. If the foot is gangrene then much of the leg must go as well in order to save the patient. Among other things we have rotten trolls at foot. I am trying to persuade amputation at the knee - an unpleasant taxing process, in order to save SaidIt. I would consider stepping back and letting someone else with a better nature that's still in his favours take over - but M7 is so stubborn I think he'd rather let SaidIt die than relinquish half a leg.

He really doesn't want you gone, or it would have happened weeks ago. I would suggest that instead of continuing to focus on the banning of Dio and other errors you believe M7 has made, compare the job he's doing on saidit with other site owners.

He knows he's full of shit. He refuses to address the issues and every time diverts to both of his bullshit arbitrary rules directly aimed at me. I intentionally temporarily broke them technically, one new rule recently and the other last year. Neither are critical in the slightest. But that's all he has to threaten me with.

There are merits to being aware of oneself, or in this case of our site. But comparing yourself to billionaires or the homeless won't be realistic nor productive. I'm focused on SaidIt, my home of sorts, and improving it. From what I hear it's the best place around. That's why I'm still here. I also know we've got intelligent folks who see beyond much of the bullshit of the world. That doesn't mean we shouldn't keep improving. Critically, tyranny has grasped the world and is squeezing. We don't need an admin like that. We need to prepare for the future and brace against the technocracy. We can't even fucking handle trolls or ban properly. Yet.

This guy is one of many who call out their banning a total innocent, so they ban him too. Others are banned over their admin stupidity, and many have their accounts nuked back to zero for the slightest disagreement.

That is exactly the same shit I'm fighting here, only less intense, obviously. I've presented ideas to remove it completely, yet M7 is adamant not to even discuss alternatives to his dictatorship and occasional sketchy judgement. If he can't even discuss things with me rationally why would I want him to judge me? And why should I respect him?

What I'm saying is that M7 might make mistakes sometimes, but he appears to me to be doing fairly well in comparison to other sites. reddit, ruqqus, hexbear, and poal have terrible admins. Imo, the warts here are not a deal breaker.

I haven't left yet, by myself or by force.
