Not very likely at all. In fact, it seems highly suss that the person who has family doesn't deck the a-hole holding the camera, politicizing what must be a deeply painful event involving injury or the loss of life. But that's not what we see here.

It would be highly unusual if you treat one people group as sub-human while for some reason championing the rights of "Palestinians". I'm not sure anyone buys it.
