Most people would relate the war to the invasion. The line of causality is pretty clear:
Russia massed troops on the border. Russia invaded attempting to take Kyiv. This started the war.
But let's hear your opinion. What grift and laundering do you think is intimately involved in the war?

Any possible answer would depend on you to explain why Zelensky grifting money from other corrupt politicians and Russia invading for any reason are mutually exclusive.
Those reasons for invasion can include things like Putin thumbing his nose at the West, him wanting to take territory from people that told Russia to fuck off decades ago (secession is a human right, BTW), or any other number of things. His reason for doing so is completely irrelevant, TBH.

secession is a human right, BTW
You might be mistaken about that.
You can't get out of local tax and pollution laws by declaring your house independent. If you want to leave a country, you have to move.

It's a human right. Doesn't mean the law's right. The law's wrong on a lot of things.

Oh you think everyone who doesn't want to obey some regulation or pay some land tax should be able to declare themselves independent?

If they can get away with it...

So it's only a human right if they can get away with it?

Please explain how you came to that conclusion based on what we've said here.

You've said that "self determination" is a human right.
You've implied that that means declaring independence from your country.
But you've said people should only be able to do that if they can get away with it.
What's the difficulty you're having here?

It is.
Negative. I did not. I simply said the law can be wrong. You're welcome to say that the law is never wrong.
Well, yes. Even if one's right are being trampled on being murdered or incarcerated by those doing the trampling is not terribly productive.
That's what I'm trying to figure out. I think you may be jumping to conclusions.
