It is not accompanied by genocide, torture, rape nor the abduction of children.

It's a matter of degrees. Protecting and promoting the Ukrainian language in Ukraine is a small defence against the cultural destruction being committed by the invaders.

14,000 includes only about 3,400 civilians.

It was the russian-backed forces doing most of the abductions and beatings of civilians. And the targetted killings.
