Thank you so much for sharing this highly insightful experience, however horrid it may be. This should be somewhere where more eyes can read it. I hate that the GC spaces are spread thin and less active now.

I have watched documentaries on crime scene cleaning. That is a bit of a misnomer, since as you've illustrated, most are unattended deaths due to disease or suicide. I've been looking to get into the field myself. My first question would be, what is the average age of trans identified individuals who've committed suicide? I have a hunch that the TIFs are younger and the SRS TIMs older, closer to middle aged.

I thought that was the case with everyone I find it impossible to fully understand, but I guess the human mind is complex enough.

I see your side of it, thanks for elucidating it with the fake bi's narrative. I thought about that yesterday; how a straight woman could claim she's "bi" because she's into transwomen and regular men. I was hesitant to say anything about it, because I didn't want to further derail discussion, but now I see, as usual, that straight TRA's contribute too much to brush it aside.

That's understandable, but the huge difference here is you did not (I'm assuming?), go on to have sexual relationships with men. It was a pressure, and perhaps even fear, which kept you from admitting to yourself that you are homosexual. Again, this is what I think I can infer from the info you've given. I can't fathom "trying it out" with a male for any reason whatsoever, even when I was very lonely, sexually repressed, and curious about sex. This is where you and I differ from the bi's in our lesbian community making every single excuse imaginable to call themselves lesbians.

Thank you! There are some bisexuals who really show their true confusion when this topic is brought up. All of them are proving OP's point. There are waaaaaay fewer homos than bi's, how the heck can it be as a pervasive problem of us, as opposed to straights, claiming bi?? Now I'm starting to understand those lesbians who have such a strong stance on the whole "comphet" or "figuring things out" excuses.

You're missing the point. Sexual attraction is what causes one to be interested in sex with another person.

Same-sex attraction is based on biology. A man occasionally enjoying sex with a female, no matter how much she has altered her body, while mostly dating men is still being a bisexual man. This is one of a very few hardline stances I have, and what I'm sure most here do as well.

A man who is interested in hooking up with a transman, but primary forms long term relationships with men is still a bisexual man.

I have no idea where to start to find a discord server, and I don't have enough "street cred" to get invited to ovarit, lol. I definitely understand all the security measures, and I prefer it, in fact. This really puts into perspective how much the online lesbian community lost because of the transinsanity. No decently moderated, open forum. The lchat looks that way but it unfortunately has an unwelcoming culture. I want to have chitchat and serious discussion, not constantly have to defend my person and points of view.

Ah yes, the old "my personal experience without any evidence is the reality for everyone else" card. We have entered the post-reality. Truthfulness is now determined by how many victim points you can gain and what level oppressed you are.

True, as I mentioned I just was overreacting to seeing prejudice accusations being thrown around. It was the kind of things I'm "scarred" by from the thought policing of lesbians. I should've left out the community as a whole.

I think it was the unironic use of "biphobe" that got to me. That the only criticism LGs can have comes from a place of prejudice.

Not really new, just decided to part take in the discussion. It's alright, people see things differently. For me personally, I think when insults and dismissive responses gather up it can water down the discussion since the OP/commenters go in circles defending themselves.

I had no idea gay men experience this too! Thanks for sharing. It could very well be that this lack of distinction (and everything becoming "gay" or "queer™") has contributed to straights believing they have a place in the LGB<QT community. I wonder sometimes if calling things gay as an insult led to these outcasts, otherwise straight, "reclaiming" it as if they are gay and lesbian people reclaiming D and F. Does anyone else think that if it was made more clear that being bi means more than being equally attracted to both sexes, that this transinsanity would be nearly impossible?
