Perhaps you may be right, at least in a way. It is very hard for anyone to change their habits, good or bad. Psychology has proven this for years. Experience shows this for many as well (though experience isn't the end all, be all, of facts; your experience is likely very different from someone else's, and their's is probably very different from someone else's as well, in many cases contradicting each other in ways).
