What this rerard doesn't understand is that while there might not be that many police or military that would have been interested in the cafe, there are plenty of people who have friends and loved ones who would have been interested that weren't afterwards.

There's lots of drugs that should be legal as long as people are well informed of the side effects. Meth is just disgusting though. It's one of the worst possible drugs, barring retarded ones like krokodil.

And my point is that the reason you can "pick it out" is because you don't believe it. My bad though, i thought the JFK one was sufficiently mainstream, but it kind of proved my point anyways. I'll try to pick an even more mainstream one: " In the 50's the CIA orchestrated several bombings agaisnt mosques in Iran using a false flags, there was then was a coverup."

Both of those are said person jumping to conclusions. Well, unless they are an actual whistle blower, gang stalking is basic schizophrenia stuff. That's just an issue with presentation though. Take JFK for example: "i think JFK was assassinated by the CIA and the mainstream story is a cover up..." but when it continues "...he was assassinated because he was threatening to uncover the greys and their secret space program on earth" is what makes these "theories" sound crazy. Almost every "conspiracy theory" has a grain of truth to it, a lot of times it's when trying to answer the "why" without evidence that it gets wacky.

Well yeah, that's because they involve corruption, collusion, and yes conspiracy. They're all going to be similarly themed. Most normal people blanket block out that talk because they fear being "that guy" that talks about alien moon cheese that they saw on tv. Most people would just as soon associate verified conspiracies with ridiculous shit because realizing that the media lies, not a specific network but all of them, is a scary prospect.

The only meaningful difference between a "conspiracy theorist" and someone who "comes to unpopular conclusions" is what the person dubbing them believes. Trying to be unbiased, you could say a "conspiracy theorist" uncritically believes counter narratives, and thus slurps up the truth as well as well poisoning. Most of the time, it's unironicly used agaisnt anyone who even remotely questions a mainstream narrative.
