It’s lucky an honest person found a missing wallet. Someone miss placing a wallet in public would be the kind of opportunity you would not want a thief to take

If this was an "alternate residence" how did the person know where to take it? Was the husband a scofflaw and didn't have his correct address on his license? Or is he changes driver's license every time he rents a motel room....? I'm calling BS.
