Let me guess? Shooting people and cutting them up? Dude I was right!

Maybe Ole Sheldon did whatever they said he did?

If you don't want to serve 25 years, don't murder a person and cut them up and leave the body in your apartment.

He's wrong. The problem is systemic racism, in that we don't have enough of it.

The only systemic racism we have is anti white racism.

I hope that killing was worth it, because this motherfucker will probably die of old age in prison before he ever steps foot outside as a free man again. And while I have no doubt that he and his supporters will spin up a tragic tale of self-defense gone wrong, or temporary insanity, or how the racists are persecuting him (again, even) to try and get him clear, I'm pretty sure the fact that this fucker kept the head and the torso around will be prominently mentioned in the trial.

Collin Small, 44, a fellow former member of the Bloods, was there to kill Johnson, who defended himself. Johnson fucked up when he tried to dispose of the body. This is unrelated to skin color.

Yeah ok, that's why he pleaded for his life and said he has a family. Not to mention this happened at the victims home.

Small invited Johnson to his place in order to kill Johnson, who suspected the trap, because Johnson was convicted of Colin Small's crimes, part of a mixup of names in 1997 with Johnson had the alias name, Thomas Small. Both were in the Bloods gang. Johnson (called Thomas Small) was expected to take the rap for Colin, as a requirement set by the Bloods, or the other Bloods would get him in prison. So he took the rap. Colin Small wanted to kill Johnson (before Johnson killed Small), inviting him to his/Colin's apartment in order to shoot Johnson as an intruder, around 4 am that morning. Johnson took the gun from Small and killed him. Some of the info, here: https://www.nytimes.com/2024/03/07/nyregion/sheldon-johnson-queens-defenders-murder.html

Why didn't he call the police if it was self defense?

I answered your question, reminding you that your question had already been answered.

What makes you think I reference 'love' in any of my comments?

90% of people who are claimed to be wrongfully convinced are guilty but are pleading a technicality.

When someone says "I got 25 years but my victim only got 2 stitches" you need to look for what else the judge was taking into account, not assume prejudice. Usually sentencing differences between groups are because there is differences in the level of violence between groups, hence why women will get lower sentences on average than men for assaults.

Where's your evidence?

That's my opinion.

If you want to dispute it, you'll need to look into it.

Seems you're the first person to be concerned about people who are "wrongfully convinced".

He explained how unfair it was that he was sent to prison for as long as he was[...]

Today, Johnson was arrested after police found a severed head and limbless torso in his apartment.

Agreed, should have been longer.

He did the time, then he did the crime. But unfortunately for him, it doesn't work that way.

I appreciate the scare quotes around "black man" - finally Saidit has realized that race is imaginary.

Wait, he served 25 years and then he got out shot a person who had a family and decapitated him?
