The psyops is working, but only those that believe lies will fall for this deception. If they had love in their heart, they would see right through this. It's not an innocent joke, though.... it's a psyops. Many people are talking about it as if it were real. And yes, black people can also take part in a psyops, to incite other black people to fight.
