I bet there's thousands of man hours left in that chair.

But it’s ugly. The dye has worn off. I have a really worn leather sofa that doesn’t look quite as bad. And it will last a long time too.

Unless restored, that chair and my sofa are “man cave” items of lower value. My neighbor has a man cave…I’m going to give my sofa to him when I move in two years.
