Potentially, I was merely pointing to the higher rates of promiscuity and reckless sexual activity amongst gays which somewhat indicates that there is less pickiness in their choices of partner. By the looks of it, nearly one in three would shag anything that lets them.

I don't see why you think that when 28% is a minority of them, not a majority. Yeah that small minority is very promiscuous, just like all women are and around 20% of straight men.

In terms of this discussion it is. The whole point is a majority of men don't get sex. So turning gay, even if it was possible to change what your brain wants, still won't help.

That's probably true. I simply don't believe it's down to being picky. If I were to pick any reason why men are not getting sex, it's because they must be willing to improve themselves. Those I've met with significant issues in finding a woman simply refuse to change.
