It's really not a low bar. Weegs can really make chat pop. You're giving that guy far too little credit. It bothers me sometimes how none of y'all seem to appreciate what's right in front of you.

But what I took that comment to mean is chat is pretty dead these days with a bunch of the main people not there. It is. I don't fucking sit in chat when nobody is saying anything interesting. I go off and do other things. And then if someone talks, nobody sees it for some amount of time, in turn that person doesn't sit on fucking chat because nobody is saying anything. There is some minimum amount of interaction required to produce conversation. The less people there are the harder it is to achieve that.

Conversation has failed to boot.

Weegs is like a force multiplier in that regard. Dude will talk endlessly even if nobody is listening. And he says some interesting things. Weegs chat is vastly unappreciated.
