Yep, and I personally consider it to be a slur. Actual women shouldn't need a qualifier like that and it forces people to participate in gender ideology to use the term "cis."

However, it's reasonable to assume people who call themselves cis aren't normal.

Remember, this is THEIR language. Let THEM use THEIR language. WE don't use their language.
