What is a fair estimate of the % of trans that pass?

There definitely are some trans that look like a male/female instead of their original female/ male.

I wonder how common it is.

I've seen very few trannies in real life, where they don't have photoshop filters and the like to touch themselves up. Of those, none passed. However, that's to be expected, as maybe I've been around piles who did pass and I didn't know it. However, I'm skeptical.

The only person I've ever seen get close was an Asian ladyboy who used to show up at a gay club I used to go dance at sometimes with friends in college. He had the advantage of a very slight frame and features that were not the norm around these parts at the time. He dressed to the nines in a tight dress, very long hair, and heels, and was helped by the dark lighting in the club. I never got close enough to figure it out, but commented to a friend about 'the hot asian chick', and my friend said "I hate to break it to you, but that's a guy." Damn, son.

I saw a few ladyboys in Thailand and non of them passed there. I guess that if you took them to the West they might pass better because they wont tower over the local women in the same way.

Transmen are in a better position, the facial hair does a lot of heavy lifting, but their frame and gait give them away.

Transwomen, none. Never

I never fully understood how displaying facial hair is like, the go-to style for ftm to show they're "a man", no matter how ratty it makes them look, yet I'm required to shave so much as an overnight stubble, for work.

    There's not a tranny that I've seen that actually passes. There are always indicators. Just like spotting breast implants, easy to tell when you know the signs

    Like others have said, more ftm than mtf. The mtfs that pass have put some serious work in. Facial reconstruction etc. Those aren’t the ones we see, because they just live as women and aren’t the typical screaming blue hairs.
