That sounds like the noble savage trope to me.

Noble savage trope is when you think savage people are better than civilized people. What I am saying here is that people are equally dumb everywhere. And civilized people should have less excuses for being dumb.

Speaking of IQ, how is the government-sanctioned sterilization and grooming of children going over there in the richest first world country?

The noble savage isn't better than a civilized man, they're still savages. The quality celebrated is the purity and innocence of ignorance. A noble savage may eat the heart of his enemy, as it is his culture and he knows no better. He is unburdened by civilization and within that context his actions are proper and right. To judge him by civilized standards would be incorrect and ethnocentric in a liberal school of thought.

I think that's wrong, I don't think they get a pass. These people have cell phones and the internet and they do this anyways. They're just savages and nothing excuses it.

Oh, ok. When you make your point like this, I agree. Still, they're poor, and weak-minded people when they're poor become evil and crazy. I think that's also happening in our own society now.
