You know you’re mentally ill, right?

Well I can't disagree with you there, but what is it about my point that I made about the corporation blocking access to the AA meeting that you disagree with?

They literally are a religious cult and it's really sad because people with drinking problems that go there to get help but then get shunned or pushed out because they don't get into all the religious bullshit maybe they go out and get drunk and kill somebody.

This will be hard to believe but I've seen multiple cases of people who've never tasted alcohol get a big book shoved into their hands and actually end up believing that they are alcoholics even though they've never even tasted alcohol.

The religious nuts have taken over the business of alcohol abuse recovery

It actually took me a very long time to do this study, which sort of seems like a waste of time

It doesn't ping people when you write it in the post, only works in comments. I just ran across this, no notifications.

Thank you and kind regards

By the way the group that I'm talking about in that audio is the Houston Delta club.

http://Houstondeltaclub.com

And there are three other clubs that operate using the same model where they have a corporation that is not related to AA not affiliated with AA that blocks access to the meetings I'm going to look those up here in a second

The Bay area club.. the entire property everything except for the actual meeting rooms is controlled by a third party corporation.

https://www.bayareaclub.org

The Post oak club is a very old group been around for decades and it does the same exact thing.

https://www.postoakclub.com

The Bel Air club does the same thing.

https://www.bellaireclub.org

It's kind of chicken shit if you ask me to read a preamble at the beginning of the meeting that says that there's only one requirement for membership and then in the traditions it says that our leaders are trusted servants and they do not govern but then they set up this b******* corporation that controls access to the meeting and you can't get in if that corporation bans you.
