A great example is the software models we use to predict climate change, it is typical that the most broadcast data is that of the most extreme and lowest probability outcome, and yet if you point out that this climate model should be taken lightly then your considered a 'climate denier flat earther far-right nazi racist fascist who kills baby kittens'.
