Obviously a doctor will have access to far better drugs. Are you under the impression that those other drugs do not impair cognitive function?

I'll bet pharmaceutical meth is pretty much without damaging effects. Street meth is woefully impure, but sure, blame the meth and not the metals and other poisonous shit in there.

Raves stopped existing about 23 years ago. What you have nowadays are techno-drug parties, but not raves. The whole rave vibe got destroyed circa year 2000 and got replaced by its opposite.
