Low IQ people are easier to rule. Look how the Dumbos voted for Biden, even though he let millions in to take jobs from blacks.

Blacks are lower in inhibition, lower in reasoning skills, and have difficulty following orders (low reading skills). Being genetic, it’s no fault of their own but they should be put into jobs that don’t require much skill.
