Aircraft spraying chemicals (which ones?) for "weather modification" - This picture was shown on an Arabic website in 2018, claiming it's Chinese, but the same photo is used by an American company, which advertises their spraying services, today!

In the picture you can see the flares supposedly used by China have letters from the English alphabet printed on them: ICE-EB.
