In Canada we have a franchise of "Dollar Store"s that were shit, but are getting better quality stuff (all from China), and things aren't just a dollar anymore. There you can get 20"x30" foam-core poster boards to make your own sign for $1.50, and for colour get bingo blotter markers that last much longer than you'd think, and of course the black jumbo Sharpie to clean up the crude blotter letters. All that would be cheaper than the postage and post box. I can make something smaller and/or share it digitally if you like.
