One of several examples of the goddess 'Shakti' in her Lajja Gauri (fertility goddess) form, always depicted nude, and in this case a wooden carving of the Basantapur Durbar temple, in the Hanuman Dhoka complex, in Durbar Square, Kathmandu, Nepal.

I feel there's also quite a large element of humour in this as well. Academics tend to underplay such things in historical art.
