To me this just says they found something unusual that needs more study to know what it means. Approximatly "People habituated to inhaling steam instead of smoke to deliver nicotine . . . react differently to people not accustomed to doing it." which is interesting but hardly the same as "more dangerous than smoking"

at least they have the honesty to say not all inflammation is dangerous, and that vapes are still considered less dangerous than smoking!
