Of course she was. The way her story is taught makes kids think that she was just tired that day and didn't want to get up. The whole thing was elaborately planned, though, and Parks was the puppet of a bunch of Jews from up north.

Same with Plessy in Plessy vs. Ferguson.

Plessy was 9/10 white, and 1/10 black. They put him on a intra state white train to force the issue.

The result was "sperate but equal" ruling. 2 distinct political citizenship status.

14th amendment Federal "birthright" ("serf rights") citizens (black and others) who had Jim Crowe laws applied to them. Man made Laws.

State citizens (white) with constitutional protections of God given rights. God's laws. Original American citizens. (Currently renamed "US national" ).

Brown vs Board of Education was used to make birth statuses equal.

All Americans are now federal citizens (14th amendment with Jim crowe laws) and Nationals (state citizens).

The federal citizenship (serf rights) still includes the Jim crowe laws, like all federal regulations, and income taxes.

You can become a national (the rebranded state citizen), and not a federal citizen, and never pay income taxes again.
