It was a very rainy winter last winter. They had water for years and years and years.

Now they have no water. Do you know why?

Because Democrats are stupid. They intentionally let the reservoirs run dry so the rivers can have some arbitrary % of nominal water flowing. This in addition to allowing extremely water-intensive farmed crops in a fucking desert. California is out of water because it wants to be.
