Alex was right all those people were actors and government agents but they have the all the resources of the US government behind them. You can watch the court case every one of them is lying. Not a single tear shed from any of these supposed bereaved parents while they describe their child but Alex cannot counter them because the government can create fake identities with complete histories all day long. They have been doing that since the witness protection program, it is nothing to them in fact they did it with Obama except his did not stand up to the kind of close scrutiny the President receives. Obama is a completely fake identity. Even his SS number was not issued in the correct state where he claims to be from.

Exactly. If I were a judge or juror on the case, I would start with the question of whether there's a preponderance of evidence that Sandy Hook happened as claimed. Then I'd question whether Alex Jones had access to that evidence. If not, he ought to be able to question whatever the fuck he wants to. That's basic law... not that American lawyers understand basic law anymore.
