American politics is so weird

in other countries you live your life independent of what your government does but in the usa everybody is hyper political even about issues that they have no power to change. nationalism is total bullshit. also it's weird that they make policies that micromanage your life choices but won't help you out if you're homeless or poor. like the abortion thing. I agree thots must be stopped but why is that a federal decision?

The US population is brainwashed into being hyper-political by their mainstream media networks that present everything as a political issue.

The reason they do that is to hide the fact the US is ruled by a single neo-liberal political party that represesents rule by Wall Street Corporate Interests but it is pretending to be two opposing political parties. That is why they present non political issues as political differences. It is all a facadé to convince the people they have a choice and that there is real political opposition in the US.
