Just look for the ones who push mainstream narratives and then try to deny any "conspiracy" that has loads of evidence using tactics like character assassination or just through non-sensical denial.

Also, look for ones who are purposefully racist/alt-right in an attempt to discredit the website.

Combine the above two and you definitely have a shill.
