I let the lemons soak too long, too much lemon oil in the brew. But omg it was rocket fuel. I don't have a hydrometer but going on thermodynamics, we were shooting for 14% abv (props to Weeg's maths-- it checked out) with the sugar content. And this is not sugary at all.
I didn't even cold crash it or shit, I used a poor man's sep funnel, the turkey baster to extract the brew. The bottom is all yeasty. The whole thing is a little yeasty. Usually you cold crash it.
